Millstone Famous Ground Beef

Our ground beef is famous around the valley for being some of the finest ground chuck you can find. What makes our burger so much better then the rest?

First, a good burger starts with good beef. All our beef is selected from best quality and freshest, ensuring only the highest finest meat is making it’s way into the Millstone.

Second, we grind our burger fresh, in-house, every day, multiple times a day. So you are always guaranteed your hamburger freshest is can be and hasn’t been sitting in a foam tray for days on end.

Finally, we use only the highest quality fat in our hamburger. Now for a quick course in Meat 101: Fat is flavor, but not all fat is created equal! When cooking any cut of meat, the more fat you have, the more flavorful the meat. As we cut up steaks for our meat case. we are trimming off tons of fat. We specially select to highest quality fat we remove from the higher end cuts, typically from ribeyes, NY Strips, Porterhouses. We then mix this with a lean round roast to create the perfect blend of 80%, 90%, 95% ground beef.
